This hotel exceeded our expectations. the room was spacious, elegantly decorated and had exclusive amenities such as a private terrace and a Jacuzzi. the restaurant offered exquisite cuisine and excellent service. We also enjoyed the Spa & wellness centre, which had a variety of relaxing treatments. the library was well-stocked, and the bar/lounge area had an extensive selection of drinks. the location advantages were unbeatable, with stunning views of the canal and easy access to local attractions.

This hotel is simply stunning, with a perfect mix of old world charm and modern amenities. the B&B Italia furniture perfectly complements the ornate decoration, creating a luxury atmosphere. the views from the lounge and gardens are breathtaking and the exclusive amenities, such as the private facilities, make you feel like royalty. the service is attentive and impeccable, making you feel like a house guest and not a hotel guest.
The hotel was amazing, but we experienced one minor issue with the service, which was not well-trained in some areas. this did not impact our overall experience at the hotel, and we still had a wonderful stay.
